Join us and learn about summer camp options for your child. Mary Thurlow is a special education teacher at the Metro East Center of the Georgia Learning Resources System (GLRS). GLRS is a state-wide network consisting of seventeen resource centers located throughout Georgia offering referral services and information to parents, educators, and other personnel working with children with disabilities.

Since 2000, Mary has compiled a list of special needs recreation available in the Southeast and helped publish the GLRS directory of special needs activities, recreation, and respite care.

Join us on May 14th to get ideas for your child this summer.

These chats are your chance to interact with experts in various aspects of parenting a child with a disability.
