Community Habilitation and Support Services (CHSS)

The Division of Mental Health / Developmental Disabilities / Addictive Diseases Administers a waiver program called the Community Habilitation And Support Services (CHSS). CHSS is considered a bundled waiver where all the services for the person must come from the CHSS waiver funds. The average cost of the CHSS waiver is $51,614 per person.

Medical Equipment
Medical Supplies
Service Monitoring – oversight and advocacy

Administered through the Division of MH/DD/AD
