Social Skills

Children with disabilities may be less accepted by peers, interact awkwardly and inappropriately in social situations, and may not be aware of the steps to take to improve social skills. Children with disabilities may need to be taught the small steps toward developing the social skills it takes to become a friend. Good social skills are vital for all of our kids to be successful in life.
