Parent to Parent of Georgia was created over twenty years ago by a handful of dedicated parents and with funds from the Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD). This collaborative agreement led to an army of volunteer parents who have provided information and support to families of children with disabilities. It is only fitting that the GCDD has once again provided funds to launch another innovative program of Parent to Parent--a program that will address the needs of families in the future.
